Acceptance of Contract Terms The following are terms
of a legal agreement between User ("you") and Support Network, Inc.
("SNI"). By accessing, browsing and/or using this site ("Site"),
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be
bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and
regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this
Site. The material provided on this Site is protected by law, including,
but not limited to, United States Copyright Law and international
treaties. This Site is controlled and operated by SNI from its office
within the United States. SNI makes no representation that materials
in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations,
and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal
is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations

2. MEMBER
Acceptance of Contract Terms If you have access to
SNI's password controlled pages you are a "Member" with additional
conditions of use. Members acknowledge that they have read, understood,
and agree, to be bound by the terms listed in Section 1 (USER) AND
Section 2 (MEMBER).
Membership Member agrees that SNI, in its sole discretion,
shall have the right to suspend or terminate Member's access to
SNI Website at any time and for any reason. Suspension or termination
of Member's access to SNIÍs Website is sufficient notice of suspension
or termination of this Agreement.
Confidential Disclosure Member agrees that all Usernames
and Passwords supplied to the Member are non-transferable and may
only be used by parties registered under those Usernames and Passwords.
The provisions of this Confidential Disclosure section shall survive
the termination of this Agreement.
